Carmen found a love for non profits while working with an organization that helped churches build facilities, fund mission initiatives, and retire their debt so they could focus more on their communities. As the Chief of Staff, Carmen is charged with making sure the focus is kept on helping children and families walk their journey to self-sustainability while also moving the organization forward as a whole so that all families in the Forsyth and Dawson areas have a solid resource available for all their most pressing needs. A recent MBA graduate, Carmen brings a unique set of skills and gifts to the organization. She loves to add value to all those she meets, while keeping the mission as a priority. Her favorite quote is, “Bless others, and you will be blessed,” which she tries to live out each day.
