Family Support Specialist
Ministries of Grace is hiring a Family Support Specialist to support families in crisis through care plans, resources, and encouragement. This role works closely with the Director of Social Services, conducting family intakes, coordinating services, and engaging with volunteers and partners.
Qualifications:
- Degree or experience in social work, human services, or related field
- At least 1 year in social services or case management
- Strong communication, organization, and compassion
- Spanish or multilingual a plus
- Some evenings/weekends required
