A Place Where the Whole Person Can Thrive.
- Meet basic needs
- Develop a care plan
- Empower families to move forward
When a family struggles to make ends meet, it affects all of us.
It’s more than just food insecurity.
Hungry families are almost always also facing:
- Transportation insecurity
- Housing insecurity
- Education insecurity
- Career insecurity
Poverty drains community resources for years.
Families can’t escape just by working harder.
With many family breadwinners working multiple jobs to barely scrape by, there’s no time to strategize how to move forward. Instead, they must live in the constant stress of having enough.
The good news? Family transformation is possible when we work together.
When we approach helping families with the “teach a man to fish” model, we see them realize they are brilliant, capable people who just need the resources and encouragement to succeed.
Then, they are unstoppable.

Here's how we do it
Ministries of Grace partners with clinical social workers and career educators to help families tackle the biggest hurdles keeping them in poverty.
All of this is offered to families as a wholistic approach at our Ministries of Grace Training & Resource Center.
Provide weekly food to keep families out of chronic hunger.
Meet with families to identify areas of need and form a customized care plan.
Train family leaders to become self-sufficient through job education, vocational skills, and more.
Do you see the need?
Ministries of Grace operates in some of Georgia’s wealthiest counties, yet just down the road thousands go hungry every day. How is this happening?
Hunger and poverty are multifaceted, often generational issues. These families need more than sheer will-power to get out of their circumstances – they need a community cheering them on and providing practical support.
