That’s why we’re overjoyed to celebrate the incredible generosity of the UPS CSS Department, whose recent food and hygiene donation drive was a tremendous success!
A Heartfelt Collaboration
The UPS CSS Department took an inspiring step toward fighting hunger and supporting families by setting up a dedicated donation bin for Meals by Grace. Employees were encouraged to contribute essential food and hygiene items, and the response was overwhelming! Thanks to their kindness and commitment, countless families in our community will receive much-needed support in the weeks ahead.
Beyond the physical donations, the team also provided an online giving option for employees through the UPS Benevity platform. This means employees could make monetary contributions, and UPS would match donations up to a certain limit—effectively doubling the impact! By leveraging this matching program, they’ve amplified their generosity and extended their reach even further. This is especially exciting because while physical donations are always welcome, as a recognized Georgia Food Pantry, we have access to food at a much lower cost—stretching every dollar further. For example, for the price of one box of mac and cheese at a grocery store, we can purchase 12 boxes, ensuring even more families receive the help they need.
