A Message from Our CEO

Hello, friends of Ministries of Grace! For some of you, we are reconnecting after some time apart, and for others, this may be your first introduction to our ministry. Either way, I’m so glad you’re here.

I came to this organization a few years ago through what I can only describe as a God-orchestrated connection — and what started as a job quickly became a calling. I’ve watched this ministry change lives, restore hope, and walk alongside families in their most difficult moments, and I am honored to now lead it into its next chapter.

“We are walking alongside our neighbors, helping them move from surviving to thriving.”

I’ve been in difficult seasons myself, wondering how I was going to pay bills and provide for my children, so I understand in a very personal way what it means to have someone show up for you when you need it most. That’s what Ministries of Grace does, and that’s what we will continue to do with even greater impact in the months and years ahead.

As we relaunch this newsletter, I want you to know that you are an essential part of this story. Whether you’ve volunteered, donated, prayed, or simply shared our mission with someone you know — you have made a difference in the lives of real families in our community. Thank you for being part of this family. We are so grateful for you.

A Story of Grace

You Were There When It Mattered Most

A single mother of four was struggling. She had never received support from her children’s father and was working a dead-end job. When her car windshield broke and the brake lights failed, she knew she was in trouble.

“Without the car, we would lose everything.”

That same day, a generous donor reached out wanting to make a long-term difference in someone’s life. Through that connection, we were able to tell this mom that not only would her windshield and brakes be fixed — she would also receive new tires and help with a car payment.

She burst into tears of joy, knowing her only means of transportation — and her family’s lifeline — would continue.

That donor is you. Every gift, every act of generosity, every prayer — it all comes together in moments like this. Thank you for being the hero in someone else’s story.
