When we opened the doors to the Graceworks Training Center in early 2024, we knew it was more than a building. It was the launchpad for a new kind of transformation. One rooted in opportunity, community, and long-term stability.
This new center brought our longtime vision to life, offering a space for families to gain the skills, confidence, and support they need to move forward. And in just one year, we saw the kind of growth that confirmed: this is what our community was waiting for.

Graceworks Training Center: A New Hub for Hope
Graceworks officially launched in early 2024 to meet the growing demand for job readiness, career coaching, and life skills development. As families came through our Grace Cares program and began to stabilize, they needed that next step, a place to build toward independence.
In just the first few months:
- Dozens of individuals received personalized job training and career mentoring
- Families attended workshops on budgeting, time management, and workplace readiness
- Participants were connected with employers and training partners for real opportunities
The ripple effects are already being felt across the community. One mom who came through the program landed a full-time job with benefits; her first in over a decade.

Graceworks Is Building More Than Skills
At Graceworks, we do more than teach. We believe in people until they believe in themselves. Our team takes a relational approach to coaching, walking alongside participants through each step of their growth. For many, it’s the first time someone has asked, “What do you dream about for your future?”
We help participants craft resumes that tell a story of perseverance, prepare for interviews with confidence, and navigate barriers like transportation, childcare, and scheduling. Every step is designed to help them move forward with clarity and the support they need to succeed.
This is transformation that lasts. Not because we fix everything, but because we equip families to take the lead in their own story.
